Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing Destination Signals (hereinafter referred to as "DS") for your advertising needs. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our services, including our refund policy, cancellation policy, automatic renewal policy, and late payment policy.

By engaging with DS for advertising services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

Refunds. DS aims to provide high-quality advertising services tailored to meet your business objectives. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us promptly to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the commencement of the advertising campaign.
• Refunds will only be issued for unused portions of the advertising campaign.
• DS reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees or expenses incurred in the setup and management of the advertising campaign from the refund amount.

Cancellation. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately due to the other party’s material breach of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within thirty (30) days of the breaching party's receipt of written notice thereof. DS may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice if the publisher agreement between DS and Publisher is terminated.

Automatic Renewal. This Agreement shall automatically renew for the same duration as the Initial Term upon the expiration of the Initial Term (each a “Renewal Term”) unless either party gives written notice of its intention to terminate and not renew this Agreement no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Term, subject to the Termination section set forth below.

• Automatic Renewal terms only apply to Advertisers who have an effective Advertiser Agreement with the Automatic Renewal terms described within them.

Late Payment Policy. Any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Should any outstanding balance not be paid in full within 90 days of the invoice date, Destination Signals has the right to revoke advertisement(s).

Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the breach.

Updates to Policy. DS reserves the right to amend or update this Fulfillment Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of DS services after any modifications to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Effective Date. This Fulfillment Policy is effective as of March 18th, 2024 and applies to all advertising services provided by DS thereafter.
